Federmanager services

AREA OFFICES OFFER A CONSULTANCY AND INFORMATION SERVICE FOR FEDERMANAGER MEMBERS, IN SOME CASES EVEN IF THEY ARE NON-MEMBERS OF FEDERMANAGER

The service is structured as follows:

1. Assistance to members by:
   • Providing information on the general rules of the Fund.
   • Distributing information material and relevant forms if members are not in possession of these.
2. Assistance to members regarding issues related to:
   • Claims for services: date of arrival of file, date of payment, amount paid, reasons for any suspensions.
   • Personal data situation: enrolment of the manager, start date, family members covered, end date of cover, verification of address, company, etc.
   • Premium payments: premiums due for the specific type of membership, check on regularity of payment.
   • Claims for services: check whether correctly completed and forwarded to Fasi, carried out by the Association.
   • Online changes: bank details (IBAN) for crediting refunds, direct debit of premiums, changes to personal details, changes to family unit, generation of bank paying-in slip, etc.).
   • Priority communication channel with Fasi for resolving complex cases.
